<p>But, the Duke alumnus contacted me to have an interview??</p>
<p>Did any of you have an alumnus interview although you submitted ur app. after Dec. 10(which was the deadline to have an interview))??</p>
<p>The alums, from what I understand, were really backed up in terms of interviewing. My app was in over a month prior to December 10th, yet I didn’t get my actual interview until recently – only a few weeks ago actually. Perhaps, in your area, there were enough alums to cover everyone who applied prior to that December deadline and were able to move on to those who had turned in their app after December 10th?</p>
<p>It completely depends on how many interviewers/interviewees there are in a given region. I submitted my application a day before the deadline and had my interview on MLK day.</p>
