<p>So... did anyone who submitted their application before the December 10 deadline got an email regarding interviews?</p>
<p>I did not, and I filled out an interview request form on the website on Dec 15th…</p>
<p>I got a call last week from my interviewer to establish some of the basics about the interview, and then he emailed me later with the specifics.</p>
<p>I’m from PA, and I submitted Dec 1st.</p>
<p>I submitted Common App on December 3rd and have yet to receive any contact for an interview; I am in SoCal.</p>
<p>I haven’t gotten anything and I submitted my CommonApp AND supplement on November 27th!</p>
<p>Don’t fret if you haven’t gotten an interview notice yet, the alumni have until mid-February to conduct their interviews. Things could have gotten bottlenecked in at many points in the process, the admissions office might just be flooded with application right now, they might be understaffed due to the holidays, or the local alumni and their coordinators might just be busy with the holidays. In any case, just sit tight, things will pick up again after new years.</p>
<p>Phew, I was about to be worried because I submitted the supplement at like 10:00 pm on dec 10 and havn’t heard yet.</p>

<p>Don’t worry if you don’t get an interview. I live in Charlotte, NC (full of Duke alumni) and I submitted my supplement by the 19th and I didn’t get an interview, but I still got in.</p>
<p>^^ Me too. Charlotte, submitted on time, no interview, got in ED. Dont sweat it if you dont get contacted, just dont say no if they do contact you.</p>

<p>I submitted mine on Dec. 9 and had my interview this past Tuesday. It was my first so I was kind of nervous, but my interviewer was really friendly 
If you haven’t gotten an interview yet, it might just be because there aren’t very many Duke alumni in your immediate area. Even if you submitted before Dec. 10 but don’t get one, I’m sure they won’t hold it against you.</p>
<p>Submitted everything by December 10th. Hopefully I get contacted soon; the Bay Area SHOULD have a strong alumni presence, but you never know. I really want an interview, but it probably won’t matter too much if I don’t get one.</p>
