Hi so my mom went to Duke but she went there for grad school and was supposed to get a PhD but ended up getting her Masters instead because she had met my dad and both of them ended up transferring to Hopkins. Does she still count as a legacy for me, or should I not even put it because she left early? She still got a degree. Let me know, thanks!
Yes it counts. Duke alumni assoc even has a program for legacy admissions. If she is an active DAA member have her look it up on the portal.
Nah, legacy status usually refers to undergrad. You could still say she attended on your app though.
