Duke: Pratt or Trinity?

I'm glad to study either science at Trinity or engineering Pratt. So I guess right now it boils down to my chances of acceptance. I know Trinity has a lower acceptance rate, but Pratt has a more selective pool.

My primary concern are my two junior year classes (B in calc bc and B- phys c) which I didn't do too well on. My AP scores are solid, and I have an A in my current math class.

SAT: 2240 (700 reading 780 writing 760 math)
Subject Tests: 740 History 800 Chemistry 740 math

APs up to junior year:
Chemistry - 5
Calc BC - 5
AP US - 4
Phys C mechanics - 5
Phys C E&M - 4

Freshman:

Computer Science A-
Alg 2 A
Spanish 2 B+
Bio Honors A
English Honors A
Intro tech A
Gym

Soph:

World History 2 A
English Honors A
AP Chemistry A-
Precalc A-
Electronics A
Spanish 3 B+
Gym

Junior

Organic Chemistry A
Calculus BC B
AP Physics C (Mech and E&M) B-
Robotics A
English Honors A
AP US History A
Spanish 4 B+

Current (Senior)

Chemical Analysis A
Multivar Calc A/A-?
AP Gov A-
AP Eng. Lang A
AP Music Theory A
Earth Systems A
Psychology A

Again, if I do engineering, I'm worried that my two bad grades during junior year will hurt me, because I don't think they look at the senior grades seriously.

Opinions?

What ever you want to major in more, but if you have more science/math related ECs I’d go Pratt

Normally it would be easier to transfer from Pratt to Trinity than the other way. It is mainly due to the rigid requirement of any engineering degree. You can transfer internally after the frosh year. Pratt, I am told, is more stats oriented than Trinity but I don’t pretend to know enough of the admission process to talk about chance. In general, if you’re a female, you’d have an edge in engineering, all else being equal.
