Duke, Rice, or UT Honors?

Alright fellow wisemen, I am in need of your knowledgeable opinions! I need to make a choice, and fast. What do you think...for a Cellular Biology major, Pre-Med student hoping to go on to medical school and do an MD/PhD and end up in medical research...
Duke University?
Rice University with a $10,500 yearly scholarship?
or UT Honors Program full ride?

What do you think? Let me know.

P.S. I live in Houston. I am an URM. I like the idea of having a life, but not a big party person.

For pre-meds -- especially those who want to explore a career in research -- Duke is about as good as it gets. Unlike many other universities with a top tier medical school, there are close ties between the undergraduate college and the research institutions that allow undergraduates to develop a research profile that greatly enhances medical school applications.

I chose Duke (no money) over Rice (18,500 a year)

If money is not a big issue, or not an issue at all. Choose Duke. :D
