Duke SISS Checklist

Hey guys, I had a question regarding my application checklist for Duke RD. On the site it says:

Application Fee/Fee Waiver

Incomplete

You must send your $85 application fee with your application. Most applicants pay online by credit card through the Common Application (CA) or Universal College Application (UCA). If you pay by check, please make the check payable to Duke University. Checks must be for payment in U.S. dollars and must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Students who require an application fee waiver should provide documentation through their online application or by submitting a fee waiver form to our office. Please note that we do not accept payment by telephone.

If you have any questions please contact the admissions office.

However, when I submitted my Common Application through commonapp.org, I paid the application fee through EPayment. I have already e-mailed the admissions office, but have failed to get a response from them. So I’m wondering if the application fee has just yet to register or if there’s a bigger underlying problem; any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! :slight_smile:

For every school via the common app – you get an email from common app as well confirming payment etc. If you don’t have that in your inbox… call common app also – might be a glitch

I can’t imagine there is a larger, underlying problem. Duke’s records – this is all automated – simply indicate that no payment has yet been received. As preciously indicated, you need first to follow-up with the Common Applications folks. Incidentally, has your EPayment resulted in a debit to whatever account you specified? That fact will be VERY helpful to ascertain what has likely happened.
