Thank you
Oh yes so everyone in this chat with the same pictures of the tulips with all the colors are going to be rejected with a transfer option, riggghhhttt.
Your sarcasm detector needs a tune-up…
Babe, it’s an online forum how would you like me to hear your ‘sarcasm’.
Did you not catch the white-listed hint? Portal astrology is a joke. I suffered through NYU’s RD thread; this one in comparison is nothing.
I really don’t understand your point or if you are trying to be rude to me, but it’s quite unnecessary. I have been telling everyone not to try and guess off of the portal, so I agree with that.
Someone talked about this previously in this thread… Does anyone else remember this being in their portal (bottom left corner) since they’ve applied? Or is this something that popped up recently?
I agree that portal astrology is probably not the greatest way to predict whether you’re getting in or not hahaha… However I do have the tulips in my portal (like everybody else who applied, I think)
This has been there for a while now.
I can feel myself getting paranoid and this is NOT healthy LOL
It’s human nature to look for these clues! Everyone is anxious and looking for any possible sign. It keeps us busy while we all wait !
Good luck everyone !
agreed! portal astrology is not always the most accurate, but for NYU, the indicators people discussed on CC were actually correct. plus, like you said, it helps keep us busy so there is no harm!
That “person” symbol has something to do with accessibility such as making the font larger, etc. I have it. It has nothing to do with the status of your application.
Saw this post on reddit.
To those who got a likely:
Did you get 2 emails with instructions?
Do you have a withdraw button?
When you go to my application and checklist click on “edit your details here” can you click it?
Do you have a checklist?
Did you submit test scores?
Wasn’t trying to be rude, of course, not at all. Just pointing out that my original post about the tulip colors was in jest.
Yes. 1510 SAT, tested once as a junior.
I couldn’t find an appropriate forum to ask this question, but does anyone know how to send a recommendation to a university after being waitlisted? Would Naviance work, or should my recommender just send their letter directly to the college?
Hi, it depends on which college, if they didn’t ask for a LOR, then do not send it because they won’t read it. As the admission first.
