Duke vs Johns Hopkins vs Cornell ?

<p>We need help in deciding among Duke, JHU and Cornell for our son, who is admitted into Bio-medical engineering programs. He is keen on getting into medical school afterwards. which schools path has the best chances of getting into top medical schools or their own schools. Cornell is the only one which gave a break with selection to the research scholarship grant.</p>

<p>Any suggestions ?</p>
