I got into Pratt as a BME major, UCLA as a neuroscience major, and Cal as a molecular and cell biology major. I'm ultimately aiming to take the pre-med track, but I'm also hoping I can switch to Trinity as a bio major (after taking AP Physics my senior year my confidence in becoming an engineer has somewhat dwindled...LOL)

In any case, I've asked several of my friends at each school and they all seem to have great pro's and con's for why I should go to that school (undoubtedly, they're biased).
Apparently Cal is a feeder school for UCSF, and the academics are manageable if you study properly (so I guess the rumors about cutthroat competition aren't THAT true?) My main reasons for going to Cal would be because of money. (I'm in-state).
UCLA, I hear, also has a wonderful pre-med campus, and I feel that I would not feel as overwhelmed by the academics at LA as I would at Cal. I love the SoCal weather and like the proximity of the Medical Center.
I don't know much about the competitiveness of Duke's academics. Is it comparable to the rumored cutthroat competition at Cal? Are the classes significantly harder because it's a higher ranked (and private) school?
Personally, Duke is my number one choice because I've always favored the small class sizes of private schools. However, I have to wait and see what financial aid I'm offered (mine's incomplete)

Any advice would greatly be appreciated!
