I think my second semester grades will look like this:
1. B
2. A
3. C
4. B
5. A
6. B

So 3 B's, 1 C, or 3.2 UW. Think that could get my rescinded? I only got 4 B's in my high school career thus far.

Hey, don't worry. The letter says that they will reevaluate the application of any student who receives a C or lower. Not that they will revoke the acceptance of any student who receives a C or lower. Just keep working hard and you'll be fine.

What do you have C in, and is there any feasible way you can get it up?

Chances are they will not revoke even if you get a C...they may ask you to explain but do try to get it up and avoid a conversation

Haha I have a C in ASB (aka Student Government)...not because I slack, either, because I'm too busy doing ACTUAL work - you know, planning Grad Nite, Senior Barbecues, Graduation, Fundraisers, etc - to do the "leadership homework" B.S. that we get in that class. Is that ironic or what? Better bring that grade up.

Yah, I'm totally in the same boat with grades and I bet that there are probably quite a few of us that have the issue with Cs. I highly doubt Duke admissions would rescind us all. I'm still definitely going to try to bring those grades up and I think thats something we all should try to work on to avoid any potential consequences.

Oh, I don't actually have a C. I have a B-, which I was just going to let drop to a C. But I really don't want to be reevaluated, so I guess I'm going to have to try to get that B. ARGH.

In English by the way.
