Dull, vague essays....

<p>First question -- are the individual college subsections of the forums (princeton, brown, etc) not working for anyone else? </p>

<p>Secondly, I've finished writing Why Brown? essay, and it's easily the worst in the pot. Could anyone take a look at it and tell me if it's too vague/boring/not distinguishing, or make any edits? I read the thread on Why? essays, but I'm not sure if mine is what adcoms are looking for. I would really appreciate it so, so much. If you want, I could read one of yours as well!</p>

<p>I'll read it. I just submitted my Brown app--I had a hard time putting all my interests <em>and</em> why Brown into only ~250 words.</p>

<p>I just got a new laptop and the college subforums aren't working for me either.. I'm using Safari and it says that it redirects too much or something.</p>

<p>I just did my 'why Brown' too. Basically a summary of a couple of my interested subjects and how only at brown my weird subject combo will be best accepted/encouraged.</p>

<p>I think that's fine, nhsharvard "academic areas that interest you" definitely counts under your interest in Education.</p>
