<p>I tried signing up from the Bursar's page but it wouldn't let me through. I put my university ID in the 'account ID' area, but it said that "We can not find your account at this time."</p>

<p>Did you use your social security number as your ID? For some reason that I don't understand, the financial aid office uses your social security number instead of the UID. Then the password would be your date of birth.</p>
<p>I think it is because you guys are incoming freshman because I use my directory ID and password for everything.</p>
