<p>i know this question has already been addressed before, and i have looked at all the threads. </p>
<p>i cant log in! i've used the regular site and the oasis site. I type in my USC ID and my Birthday as MMDDYY</p>
<p>nothing is working. i emailed the USC help department. they havent gotten back to me.</p>
<p>does anyone have this problem too?
i want to log in to see my financial aid.

<p>Yes, my daughter has the same problem. The USC ID (with or without hyphens) and birthday password don't work and neither do any other passwords she's ever used. If you email them, it says they'll get back to you within 5 days! It is quite maddening.</p>

<p>Thank you MotherMoo but that one doesn't work either. It says it's an invalid ID or password.</p>
<p>Try using your birthday with the slashes. There was one site that I had to include the slashes in it. Like: MM/DD/YY</p>
<p>Thank you cowtipper but no such luck. Tried slashes, tried hyphens, tried none of those. And we looked back at their November letter which verified that they have her birthday right...yup. I'm kind of glad to know we're not the only ones. If you figure it out, Christina, let us know.</p>

<p>My D was asked to call 213-740-1111 if she was not able to login. She did and was able to login 3 hours later.</p>
<p>I can't log in either.</p>
<p>that happened to me too. i e-mailed them and even though it took a while to get a response, they e-mailed me back with the new password.</p>
