Hey Everyone!

I love checking the Tufts board! I thought I'd share that I just started the most delightful conversation with a tufts student. (Find one here:http://webcenter.studentservices.tufts.edu/Admissions/RegionReps/).

Even though I've obviously already decided to apply, it was great to hear reaffirming points about my decision, and an honest look at other aspects of Tufts. For example, no wireless on campus!?!

There is wireless, just not in certain areas like dorm rooms. Most common rooms I've been in have wireless, the library does as well, but most dorm rooms don't.

And one can quickly resolve the issue of no wireless in the dorms by buying an ethernet cable long enough to go from the jack to your bed (so that you won't be confined to typing on your desk).

dude...i got one of the 50-ft-long ones and brought my computer out into my lounge.

However, there's wireless in the dorm main lounges, the library, campus center, Carmichael dining hall, and I think even on the president's lawn...also in some of the classroom buildings, I noticed. personally, those are all the places I'd actually ever need to use wireless, and not having wireless in most of my classes is actually helpful b/c I can pay attention better lol.

I think Sophia Gordon has wireless, but that's a new dorm.
