EA Chance? =c{)

Gender: M
Race: Caucasian
School: Public, sends a few to top schools.

Major: Undeclared Arts/Some form of engineering

SAT I: Re-take in November, likely 2000+. Last CR+M score= 1250 (First try, blind)
SAT II: Have yet to take. Likely will be math and English/history.

GPA: 3.94 unweighted, 4.28 weighted
Rank: Top 10%
Schedule: Rigorous. I am taking a good number of APs and many honors courses. Unlike other high schools, AP classes are almost exclusively available to seniors.

Extracurriculars:
Private Art Lessons
Outdoor Track (Varsity)
Indoor Track (Varsity)
Art Club
Physics Club
Newspaper
Interact
SGA
NHS
Co-founder of Celtic Club (Irish appreciation, lol)
Volunteer @ Church (Approx. 7 hrs per month)
Volunteer @ local library (Approx. 15 hrs per month)
Habitat for Humanity-type group (Approx. 2 hrs per month)

Work: Tutor, ~3 hours per week. Free lance artist

Leadership: Have been invited to an insane amount of conferences around the world, but it was never feasible to attend. Additionally, I will likely be named a team captain on either track team. It is customary for the position to be dolled out to seniors, and very very rarely an underclassmen or junior garners the role.

Awards:
NHS. Otherwise, nothing out of the ordinary. Just school awards and a national thing.

Question!
Would NOT being Catholic possibly be a hook?

~~~~~
Thanks for reading. I really really appreciate any feedback.
I say in at A&S , and probably in at Engineering.
Arts and Engineering are two separate schools at Villanova and while you don’t need to declare a major , you must apply to a specific school.
I dont know how difficult it is to transfer between these schools.
Engineering is highly rated and quite rigorous.
Religion is not a factor in Villanova admissions decisions.
Religion won’t factor into their decision-making process, as already stated. If you could deliver that 2000+ SAT, get a leadership position, and have a solid essay, you have a good shot at getting in.
