EA (Dec 1) or RD?

<p>Which one (EA or RD) should a student with mediocre stats + OOS status apply to, to have the best shot at gaining admittance??</p>

<p>ea obviously. by RD many of the spots will be taken up and it will be slightly harder. it is to your advantage to apply as early as possible, unless you think your gpa will be significantly different by the RD date.</p>

<p>i go to a ct public school that sends a lot of kids to uconn... sorry if it's too late now, but theyve always told us that uconn takes about 80% of its class from EA. not sure how true that is, the only source i can cite is the GCs.</p>
