haha thanks anthony.
i wish BC wasn't so weird about legacies; my step grandfather (who i basically call my real grandfather, i've known him since birth) was an all-american linebacker at BC back in the day. but i can't use that at all :(

ahhhhh im FREAKINGGGG outttt!!!

OH that's waht i forgot. i'm in NHS too haha.

who else is a red sox fan? summer days at fenway have been how i spend my summer days

we definitly should start one of those haha.

does it help at all if ur catholic? i thought about that...but than i thought how i bet a majority of their applicants are catholic. so idk..

ok heres what i think......
i think we are all more than qualified from what ive been reading and I think BC is a good match for all of us....but heres the bad part
i feel as though even though we all may have the numbers and ecs and recs and essays BC is verrrrrrrrry competitive....they're picky and need to fill certain spots etc....I feel that every one of us technically should get in...but not everyone will...and i bet i will be at least one of those unlucky ones lol
but im really hoping every single one of us gets in!

:) me too me too.
and i'm a casual yankee's fan here (by family only), but honestly watching baseball is more boring than watching paint dry. hockey is my thing.

yeah college admissions suck. for every person that gets in...like 10 ppl who should too, don't.

i might be exaggerating a bit but u get my point

ha a kid two towns south of me took an average schedule, nothing too hard, got like a 16something on his SAT, volunteers an average amount, got a full boat for ice hockey. i've been so insanely jealous since the second i found out. :(

ok that link didnt appear on my agora but i didnt apply for fin aid because my mom told me we wouldnt qualify. and i hope thats why. i have good stats, 33 on the ACT, spanish honor society, national honor society, was in asb class, taking a 4 aps this year and have taken 6 before, have a gpa of 4.3 w and atleast in the top 10%. goshhh i thought i had a good shot, but now im starting to second guess myself...
and i know that obviously if your on this website you have to care, so im assuming that a large amount of students applied are below our stats (not trying to be arrogant) and that when we go on this site it just freaks us out to see how many super amazing applicants there are.

MAJOR EMERGENCY

under ur common app

i cant upload my essay does that mean i didnt input it

if you uploaded it rather than put it in the space can u see nothing

what...idk what u mean.

explain...

no no no jacob! calm down!

once you've sent it, you CANT view it from there...if you go to the printed version of your common app, you should be able to see it!

RELAX!

jacob: what essay? did you apply ea? because on the com app you have to upload it before you submit it and then once youve submitted it, you can only view the document not delete/upload a new one. if you want to change it for other schools you can make a new version of the app and the commonapp website will have all the directions on that

...yeah athletes got it good. two of my sisters were huge track stars in my area and got basically fullrides to their #1 schools. dunno why i didnt get the athletic gene! i play 4 sports but i am nothing spectacular like they were. and now i am worried about getting admitted while they had schools fighting over them...

I cant view it anymore!?!??!?!?!

waittttt. have you submitted it yet?

Jacob: Go to the printed version of your common app and you will see it!

You cant view it by pressing the "view" button once it has been submitted!

ok figured it out guys

phew

just a stressful time
