<p>On many school websites, they say that their Early Action and Early Decision deadlines are on November 1st. Does this mean that they're due the midnight after October 31st, or the midnight after November 1st?</p>

<p>Personally, I would submit it before November actually comes around, just to be safe.</p>
<p>they should post a time, but it's normally as long as you submit on that day....November 1st til midnight</p>
