<p>I have to finish applying EA to schools with the nov. 1st deadline. Can I submit it right on Nov. 1st or does it have to be on the 31st at lets say, 11:59 AM.</p>

<p>If the deadline is November 1, that means the deadline is November 1.</p>
<p>If the deadline were October 31, the EA app would say “the deadline is October 31”.</p>
<p>All that being said, just get it in! A few more extra minutes one way or another is not going to turn a so-so app into an outstanding one, nor vice versa.</p>
