<p>So, a "friend" (I put friend in quotes because I haven't talked to her in a couple of years now) posted on her Facebook that she was just accepted to Harvard. </p>
<p>Am I missing something here? Doesn't Harvard release all of its EA decisions in mid-December? Is there someway else seniors can apply to Harvard and get a decision back super early? </p>

<p>Unless your friend applied last year to Harvard and was “Z listed” (accepted, but required to take a gap year) or is a recruited athlete who received a “likely letter” (you are likely to be admitted when we release SCEA acceptances), they are lying or trying to annoy those who stalk them on FB!</p>

And she is only a senior in high school so she wasn’t Z-listed.</p>
