<p>While all EA programs are non-binding, there are now EA programs that are restrictive in terms of whether you can apply to more than one institution under an early program. I think this has caused some confusion.</p>
<p>Binding refers to the commitment to enroll...Restrictive refers to a limitation on early applications.</p>
<p>PC is both non-binding and non-restrictive.</p>
