Knowing that the service academies use rolling admissions, I was wondering if it would be in my best interest to submit my USNA application as is, without the completion of my Eagle Scout rank, or if I should wait until mid-late November when I have everything completed. I live in a relatively populated congressional district.

Here are some of my other stats to give you an idea of the rest of my application:

Cumulative Grade Point Average (unweighted): 3.868
Two APs in 11th grade, three this year
Auditioned and accepted into the Evergreen Philharmonic (four years)
Completed an outside of school selective Aerospace Program and was elected "Systems Manager" (team leader).
Section Leader of my high school percussion section for two consecutive years
50+ service hours
Boy Scouts
XC and Track/Field
Voted "Most Achieved" in Band and winner of the regional snare drum competition.

Should I wait on getting my Eagle Scout or would that be too much of a risk with the rolling admissions process?

Thanks for your suggestions!
