Earliest Notification for Second Notification Period

<p>Does anyone know the earliest someone can be notified if they are in the second notification period? Is it possible to be included in the next wave of acceptance notifications if admissions is in receipt of application materials, or will admissions not even look at second notification applicants until after January 31? </p>

<p>Still rolling admissions. Those who are very obvious admits/rejects will likely hear sooner than those they need to figure out if there is enough room for.</p>

<p>Who would be a clear admit for a WI applicant? Would someone with 3.84 UW average in the most rigorous courses, a 32 on ACT, great recommendations, and strong extracurricular involvement, including a couple of leadership positions be a clear admit?</p>
