early action and early decision

<p>Am I allowed to apply to university of Chicago's early action, and other non-binding, non-restrictive early action plans if I'm doing early decision at university of Pennsylvania? I'm asking about upenn specifically. </p>

<p>Yes. Non-binding, non-restrictive early action programs are fair game. University of Chicago is definitely OK alongside an ED application. As you stated, if you’re admitted ED to Penn, you’d be committed to go there and must decline at the EA schools. </p>
