Early Action and Early Decision

Hello, I have come across a minor problem and just checking for reassurance. So...

I am applying Early DECISION to Duke. And
I am applying Early ACTION to the University of Michigan.

I understand that Duke's ED is binding, and University of Michigan's is not. My question is, some colleges don't allow you to apply early anywhere else (even non-restrictive early action) if you are doing ED to their school. From what I have read, Duke does not apply this principle and neither does Michigan. I am just making sure because I don't want any last second difficulties.

I am allowed to do this, correct?

Duke allows you to apply to other EA scenarios – you just have to fully understand that if Duke accepts you in the ED round, you must withdraw all other active applications. UMich is non restrictive – they don’t care where ever else you’re applying.

Basically, your plan is sound.

Thanks, that gave me the reassurance I need! You’re the best!
