Early Action Chances UGA 2017-2018

Hi, I was wondering what my chances of getting accepted into UGA are? I’m thinking of applying for this year’s Early Action Admission. GPA (UGA Calculated): 4.18
SAT Score: 1380
Course Rigor: IB Diploma Student, and will have 18 AP/IB courses…

I had few B’s, therefore my unweighted GPA was a 3.65. However, with my plentiful AP/IB courses it is a 4.18 UGA GPA

Good enough in my opinion. Your chances would be even more better if you are a Georgia resident.

Thank you!! Yes, I am a Georgia Resident as well. It’s too bad that essays are required this year for Early Action…

I recently got a 1450 on the SAT so that’s even better. What would my chances be along with Varisty Tennis, NHS, SNHS, and a founded non-profit organization named Operation Smile (Raised $2000 for children with cleft condition)

That’s a good SAT score and certainly higher than UGA’s average SAT. In addition, UGA Early Action does not factor any extracurriculars and accepts applicants solely by grades.

Gotcha. Thanks for the information!

This is the only GPA calculation that matters for University of Georgia http://ugaadmissions.blogspot.com/2013/11/calculating-uga-gpa.html?m=1

Ik. I used that to calculate my GPA. What would be my chances from above?

Very good
