<p>I just checked the Babson portal this morning and received the following message:“Your decision will be posted on 12/16/12 3:00 PM EST (GMT -5:00)” : )</p>

<p>babson was my top choice and I got denied. :(</p>

<p>Denied with a 3.5 UW GPA and a 2010 SAT. Also founded one very successful small business my freshman year. When I first heard I was livid but I’ve calmed down now and realize it may be babson’s loss not mine. Hope everyone has a great time and maybe I’ll see you if I transfer?</p>

<p>unfortunately, I too was denied. My GPA was pretty low, 3.4 UW, but I have 2050 on SAT (1370) cr and math, similar stats to a previous poster who was denied, Congratulations to everyone else who was admitted, and good luck to my of those who were deferred.</p>

<p>Babson was my number one. I never thought it was possible because of the money. I did not get in because of my academic merit. I had a low gpa and low test scores. Lower then any of the people here who got rejected. However, I did do my interview, I emailed them many times asking them if I could do anything more. I sent in more then the required 1 letter of rec, I also sent them my senior class list. </p>

<p>If you’re really looking into Babson, but you’re worried about your grades, just do the best you can and make sure they know your name!</p>

<p>I got deferred from Babson.</p>

<p>I have decent SAT scores, a good GPA and a good amount of extracurricular activities. I was really hoping to get in - I have theories as to why I may have been deferred but I’m really hoping to get in during the next round of decisions. Anyone who didn’t get in/got deferred: what are your backups?</p>

<p>I don’t know if I’d be willing to go to any college besides Babson… I don’t see any other colleges that have decent entrepreneurial paths.</p>

<p>Richmond is in my sights. Ranked 2nd for entrepreneurship, nicer campus, better overall reputation, and hotter girls. :p</p>
