I was worried I would be waitlisted after a lot of people got deferred ED, but I think my SAT score and extracurriculars helped me get in to engineering. I think they waitlisted more people because of last year’s over accepting issue, so hopefully they start accepting people from it soon.

Good luck to everyone!

A little disappointed, but not too obsessed. Now have to decide between VCU/JMU/GMU/CNU/ODU computer science, $5000 merit from CNU, $6000 merit from ODU, any comment?

@archery I don’t know price ranges for either one of those schools, but I do know that CNU has a better overall engineering program; I’m not sure what specific major you want.

Wow, I’m speechless, waitlisted? Your stats are amazing, you should be so proud of yourself.

I’m also shocked at the decision process. A lot of high Stat kids being wait listed. I thought my son had a good shot even though his stats weren’t crazy high. They were above average and he had many ec’s. He was also wait listed, even though there were many with lower stats that got accepted. We’re looking at this as a positive and that Clemson is where he should be. He couldn’t decided and this made it easy. No wait list for us. GO TIGERS! Good luck to everyone, where ever you end up, I know you’ll do amazing things.
