Early Action Confusion...

Hi, I would really appreciate it if someone cleared this up for me...

So I applied to school W as an early action school and got in. The recommended deadline is Feb. 1st.
I have schools X, Y, and Z to still apply to (regular decision).

Is it bad to not reply to school W by Feb 1st and to wait until the regular decision reply deadline? Would that but me at any less of an advantage? Housing, etc?

Thank you!

It might affect housing, but I think it depends on how the school does it. Personally, I would wait until the regular decisions. This seems strange though

“The recommended deadline is Feb. 1st.”

deadline for what? responding to admissions offer? I actually don’t know any college that requires you to make the official decision of matriculation before the normal may 1st deadline.

Are you sure it’s not the recommended financial aid deadline?

^I agree it sounds like Financial Aid applying deadline.
