I have already submitted a restrictive early action application. Can I apply for another non restrictive early action?

Are you having trouble finding that information on your REA college website? If the case if not stated there, then you need to email admissions.

As far as I know, REA means you can’t apply to ANY other schools early, whether it be EA or ED. Except for UCs of course.

In general NO. But among the six colleges that have REA or SCEA, they have exceptions (such as to non-binding public universities such as UMich). It’s your responsibility to find out your college’s restrictions and to not violate them. Asking internet strangers for the terms of your agreement with your possible future college is very unwise.

Look it up. Read and do.

If you find two schools with REA that do not block each other, go ahead. I am not aware of that situation though. There are not many schools that have REA but they usually block off any EA/ED of other private schools. You are usually allowed to apply to other public schools EA or schools that require EA for financial aid though.
