This fall I will be attending an Early College High School. Theoretically, I am supposed to graduate in 5 years instead of 4, with enough credit for 2 years of college. The college that the school is partnering with is UNCC. Are the credits that I get going to be transferable to a good university?* Also, do these compare to AP courses? We will be taking pretty basic science and math classes, I think, and maybe some humanities.

*The credits are transferable within the UNC system.

The early college at EPIC? I live in that area, so I know. I’ve been to UNCC many times. And actually, I’ve heard of people trying to transfer to better universities but they weren’t given credit and had to do an extra year when they got there. The classes there easy…I guess. I have a sibling there and she hasn’t thought anything was hard and they were a B/A- student in high school. She has a 3.9 there. I don’t know if they’re comparable to AP, but you get to take a lot more!
