<p>So I will be applying to UW-Madison soon, and I was wondering whether you guys have a early action or decision application. The Application website has a first fall and second fall notification thing, but I'm not sure whether the first fall notification equates to early decision or early action or either. I suspect its neither, but it doesn't hurt to make sure. </p>
<p>No such things at UW. Early notification means that if you get all of your application materials in by the first deadline you will get an answer by the posted date. This could be accepted, denied, or postponed until all of the applications received by the February 1st deadline have been reviewed. Also- housing determination is not dependent on acceptance date/housing contract date- everyone has an equal chance at their first pick for Res Halls dorms in May.</p>
