<p>Hello, when the website says that all tests must be reported by November, does that include November, or does it mean everything must be done before November?</p>

<p>It says "by the November test date", which I believe means that the November SAT is the LAST time you can take it. And you should put Columbia down as a school to send your scores to ON THE TEST so that they get them as soon as possible.</p>
