Hi, does anyone know if Columbia accepts SAT II scores from November for early decision?
Their website says, "You must have all standardized testing completed by the November test date..." Does that mean October is the latest that we can take tests for ED?

you can submit the Nov. scores, but it’s not guaranteed if they will be sent on time (they usually do)

I think they mean that November is the last month you can take the test. They will give you decisions in December and since the test agency will take quite some time to report your scores, I would recommend that you take the test a little earlier. Its never good to put it off.

I also have another advice. Since you are taking the subject tests, I suggest that you Make Sure that on that particular test date and in that particular testing center, SAT IIs are offered. It depends on which two tests you are taking. For example, if you want to take both US history and French reading at the same time, you will not be able to do it in November because French reading is not offered in November for some reason (at least with last years calendar). Same about some other tests that are not offered every date. That’s why do not put it off too far away because in the end it might not work out well for you even if you fit into Columbia’s time frame.
