<p>For everyone who has already applied as of Nov. 1, post some basic info about u such as ur location, race and other options. btw, the online decision is going to online depending on how many applications Penn has to review. I called the admissions officer. They said everyone will get their ID by the end of November and their decision BY mid-december, it could be earlier. So…make urself known if you have applied to penn early decision and good luck to everyone.</p>

<p>I think I have a decent shot (45%, maybe?). I know someone from my school who went to Penn last year, and she had slightly better grades...but my SATs, essays and recs are better.</p>
