but, all the international student I meet havenât received yet. It is impossible Colgate gives offer to everyone.
I know that last year they sent rejections to internationals by email, but maybe theyâve changed this? hmm thats weird⊠I agree, if rejections were to be sent by email, at least some people wouldâve gotten it by now.
Why canât Colgate just send emails to everyone like almost every other school does it??
Maybe this year international students only have to wait for that mail. It must take a long time to arrive.
But it says on the website:
Decisions will be sent on Friday, December 11. Applicants with domestic addresses will have their decisions sent via U.S. postal mail or a courier delivery service. Applicants with non-U.S. mailing addresses will have their decisions sent via a global courier delivery service or e-mail.
But would they really send international rejections by courier? Wouldnât that be expensive?

I think itâs safe to say that the only people getting emails are internationals who are getting rejected. If youâre international and donât get an email within the next couple of days, I think it is a good sign, but donât quote me on that. I find out my decision sometime in the next two weeks (submitted a couple weeks ago and EDII comes out a month after everything is sent in), more or less. The wait might just kill me. :))
Back to the point, their Twitter showed that they mailed the letters early this afternoon, so people should start receiving them either tomorrow or Monday. Hope the news is good for everyone!
