Does NYU see any senior grades at all for early decision applicants? Like for one six weeks term or anything?...senior year=lots of work=not good grades(lots of B's compared to previous years).

Bump por favor

i have no idea if they look @ senior grades if you're ED [since i was not ED because i missed the application deadline by like 2 days :P]

however, i do know that they look at senior grades to see if you're "maintaining the same caliber of work," and if not, your admission could be rescinded,

...but Bs are NOTHING to worry about, trust me when i say this...i was in a battle with my APphysicsB teacher all of senior year and i maintained probably around a C average [borderline failed the final exam] whereas all of my other grades were As and Bs in, like, every subject i ever took in highschool, i also got a C or a D on my spanish 4AP final and my grades slipped in that subject a bit too, and my admission/scholarship were not rescinded...basically, they just don't want you to completely slack off once you get accepted & keep up a good level of work in highschool, partially to prepare you for the work ahead in college because it IS tough...so i guess the moral of the story is don't slack off too much, but NYU definitely allows for a nice senior slide towards the last month of two of the year.

only if they are on the transcript that your school sends, if they send a transcript before your first marks are released, then they won't see it until the end of the year, and then they do give you alittle leaway.
