Early Decision - When do they look at yor financial aid status?

<p>Do they look at your financial aid early decision form simultaneously while they are deciding if they will accept you or do they accept you first and then look at your financial aid form</p>

<p>My aunt said her frined's son got an email from financial aid office at NYU asking for additional information. Think that means anything?</p>

<p>No NYU is need-blind so they don’t consider your financial need during admissions. Plus only the Financial Aid Office gets to look at your financial aid application, no admissions counselors or anyone else.</p>

<p>They probably asked for more information because it wasn’t filled out completely or that it was missing one of the tax income forms. I faxed over both my dad’s 1040 and the SWs.</p>
