<p>The postmark deadline for application materials is November 1, 2011. My question is whether electronically that means that I can turn in application materials until tomorrow at 11:59 PM or is the last point to turn in the materials tonight (10/31/11) at 11:59 PM?</p>
<p>Everything is due by 11:59 PM on November 1. That’s why it says to submit everything ON or before November 1 :)</p>
