but are you allowed to apply ED to upenn and also EA (not scea) to other schools?</p>
<p>Plenty of people apply ED Penn and EA to schools like UChicago. You can’t apply EA to SCEA schools (Stanford, Yale) nor restricted EA schools (Georgetown, BC, Notre Dame) but the rest are free game.</p>
