<p>Did you try calling the number? Seriously, they tell you to call the number so they can answer that very question for you.</p>
<p>Unless you tested standby, it means you entered information that doesn't match your registration data. If you have your admission ticket, check the MATCH information on there and use that. If you had an ACT ID on your admission ticket because you didn't provide your SSN when you registered, use it, BUT if you DID subsequently put down your SSN on your answer sheet, try using that instead.</p>
