Earning a Spanish certificate in Southern WI area?

I am attending UW-Madison, but they do not have a Spanish certificate/minor, only a major. Madison College and Blackhawk Tech don’t have a certificate or Associates either. Does anybody? I didn’t think it’d be this hard…
