<p>I definately second the APES thing. It’s easier and way more fun, IMO!</p>
<p>I would recommend either Bio or APES. I took bio as a freshmen (last year) had an amazing teacher, learned a ton, and found the subject very interesting and not too difficult (5 on exam). This year I am taking APES and Chem. I really enjoy APES, again with an amazing teacher (he grades AP essays and co-writes the Princeton Review for APES). Chem isn’t bad either, but I would definitely say there is more work (regular night HW like a math class) while some things are extremely easy, others are kind of complicated. I would recommend you pick APES or Bio, but don’t pick APES just because you think its easier. Both are great classes that aren’t very difficult, so just pick whatever subject interests you more</p>
