My school doesn't offere any, but I have decided to take US History my Junior year anyway. Are there any APs that are really not that hard if you are half intelligent and look over a book for a couple weeks? I saw on another thread that the macro and micro economics are simple. How is Spanish, and English Language and Lit?

A lot of people consider AP English language and AP Biology to be "easy." However, I beg to differ.

The popular consensus seems to be that Stat and Phych are the easiest. I don't know about Bio though - the hardest class I have taken in my life, and a very sophisticated science

Human Geography is one of the easiest; it's designed as a freshman course. I'm self studying it.

I'm taking AP US Government and Politics--it is only a one semester class, so there isn't so much to cover. The princeton review book is really thin, and if you pay attention to politics and how government works, you could do really well.

Ok: for those of you who havn't taken AP's, they are REALLY HARD tests. i mean, VERY DIFFICULT, however, the point of the difficulty is that a 66.6% is a 5, so when you take it, you think its really hard, but then you get a 5 or something, so, remember that.

u tell u the truth ndentzel is right. All AP classes are COLLEGE LEVEL CLASSES. they are never easy and ever one of them are very demanding. haha i remember when i came into class thinking AP Bio would a joke. Boy was i wrong. but..in my experience, the "easiest" AP i have ever taken is AP Environmental SCience because it is just further learning biology with a little chemistry to it. The hardest is definitely AP CHEM..so much MATH!!!!!!! not saying that math is the issue but it was basically another math class.

of course no AP will be "easy"

However, I would say that Statistics and Calculus are pretty damn easy. You still have to put a lot of effort into it, but it isn't killer.

Easy ones are useless, like World History and Human Geography.

CLACULUS AB is definately the easiest

Whats the point of taking Human Geography because every college I've seen doesn't even take it for credit. What classes could you get credit for that in anyway??

Bio is pretty easy for those who can memorize a lot of facts and such - but there just is SOOO much content that it takes a lot of work. USH was pretty easy for me, but we wrote a ton of essays in school and did 6 weeks of review.

AP Government and Politics looks pretty easy---my only background is two years of US History (Honors US History I and AP US History II) and I answered every multiple choice question correctly that is in CollegeBoard's course description. I'm sure with 2-3 days of solid review, one could probably cram their way to a 5.

AP Stat, AP Calc AB look pretty easy

you can't determine the difficulty of an AP Course merely by looking at it.

From all the news I heard, I believe that most of my friends say that AP Calc BC is the easiest, while AP english language and AP music theory are the hardest tests.

but then again... my school is 70% Asian.

Personally, I think the AP chem test was the easiest and the AP eng lang was the hardest. (i passed though)

Like people have said in numerous other threads, the "easiness" of an AP class and test is all relative to whose taking it. Math and science oriented people find the Calclulus and Biology tests easy, since it's something they find interesting. Humanities oriented people find English and History a lot more exciting and as a result, find the AP classes/tests in those areas easier.

Has anybody here taken Human Geography? I'm taking it right now, and it's giving me hell. It might be because of the teacher (who is new), but this is perhaps the least entertaining (and consequently hardest) AP I've ever taken. All we're doing it reading out of the Blij and Murphy book; and that's yet - nothing else... sigh.......

Geography would be a pain if u hate humanities

***???? AP Chem is definitely no the easiest AP because it involves a lot of very obscure concepts.

I believe that AP bio is difficult...if you are into art i recomment AP ArtHistory...
ehm...other than that..maybe consider AP Como Sci

The easiest i think though is AP CHEM
