East Asian Studies Transfer

I am currently a student at Delaware State University. I am a business major. Due to a requirement I had to take Chinese Language and Culture courses, which I absolutely loved. As such I am searching around for schools to transfer to that have East Asian Studies. On a whim, I decided to look at the Ivy League school's programs and really liked Penn's.

My concern, at the moment, is should I bother applying to Penn? I am, on paper, a junior. However, this is my third semester of college. I graduated high school with 33 college credits that were accepted by my current school. However, looking at Penn's website, most of my credits would not count for much-considering half of them are AP (a few of which were fives), and the other half are business courses. If it would be possible to transfer I would do it in a heartbeat; work is not something that scares me. My concern is the nature of my current status at my current school. Would it inhibit my acceptance?

I am looking at other schools, of which I am far more likely to get accepted into (and more of my credits will transfer to), but am concerned specifically with Penn.

If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated! If anybody needs anymore information I will gladly provide it.
