Anyone knows of any easy LSA elective classes? Something just to tank up on As.

Such as??? Psych 111, Soc 110??

Is Anthro 101 an easy A class?

Any freshman seminar

Women's Studies 100 - the football team makes up the majority of it lol. I don't even know if it satisfies any requirements though.

Psych 111 is really easy also.

^ You forgot to mention not with Malley. Well not that its hard but his test a bit of a pain.

BTW Easy classes include:Anthro 101 and Botany

I took it with Malley and I got an A in the class. It was very straightforward. I have heard that other teachers (Schreier) are easier, but I think they're all the same.

If you want NS credit, I highly recommend Geosci 119 (Intro geology) with Lohmann. Its a very easy, fun class. It would take a lot of effort to not get an A in this one!

Is Bio 105 nutrition easy?

No idea, but my high school didn’t offer very many classes at all, so I’m looking forward to taking some new and interesting classes, not classes I’ll get an easy A on o_O

Well Yosup: It’s important to take a well rounded schedule your first year(Particularly your first semester). You wouldn’t want to take too many hard classes, especially since your high school didn’t offer an interesting or particularly rigorous curriculum. You want to make a smooth transition to college life and workload.

For example I’m taking PSYCH 111: Everyone says this class is easy, but I only took an elective, half a year course in high school. This class will be normal.

I’m also taking General Chemistry: Probably the hardest class I’m taking this semester. I hear the chemistry teachers are pretty rough and some of them can’t even speak english.

Then I’m taking Spanish 231: I passed my first year requirement of spanish, so now I have to take this class. I always sucked at language classes, but this class shouldn’t be too hard, but not easy.

Your schedule shouldn’t be particularly difficult your first year, especially in engineering. Even though engineering is harder than LSA in general, taking classes that are just too difficult might just ruin your GPA. Honestly I’m not sure if the OP is a freshman, but i would only do this freshman year. Other than that I would want to take interesting courses that would challenge my ability. Like ORGO, BIO, Physics, etc. I’m pre-med anyway.

I hate how I will need 9 credits in Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Humanities. It seems like most are 4 credits, so will I have to take 3 of each or is there a way I can take two of each? What are the easy A’s for those groups?

isn’t it 7 credits each?

As a Freshman engineer, you will have very little freedom to choose your classes.

Engr 100/101, a math class, and a chem/physics class are pretty much what everyone takes…

Can anyone tell me which is the easiest class to get an A out of these? (For the Winter 2010)
Psych 111
Stat 100
Bio 118
Classic Civ 102
Bio 102
Anthro 101

Thanks

If I go to Ross, will employers care if I took easy classes in Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Humanities? Do they only look at business GPA?

Whatever happened to (i) Polish Lit and (ii) the so-called Marriage class, which I think was properly titled Maternal and Child Healthcare?

Every pre-med I knew in the 1970s took Polish Lit. Marriage was big with the football team.
