Easy Question about Dropping a Class

<p>Hi, regarding dropping a class, as long as it is dropped on tele-bears before the semester begins, it is equivalent to an official drop right? I can just forget about it?</p>

<p>More specifically, if I signed up for a class during Phase II, and dropped it during the Adjustment Period? There is no penalty for adding a class and dropping it?</p>

<p>Deadline to drop a classes without a $10 fee is Sept 2.</p>

<p>No penalty before that.</p>
