See my main ec is lacrosse, and i honestly spend about 3 hours a day either practicing during season, games, or training during preseason...so i put 21 hrs/week and 42 weeks/year....now is this too much to be..believable?...I know many people who have not written nearly as many hours..esp for a sport...so what was the greatest number you guys put?

At my school, practices are 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. Then add in some meets/competitions and stuff, I would say that the 21 is probably believable, maybe a tiny bit high. How long are your typical practices? If they are longer than 2 hours, you're fine. Also, 42 weeks sounds like a little much. Isn't the school year 36 weeks?

Yea, but i got AllStar Team which plays tournaments over the Summer, Summer Camps, etc....and yea our practices are about 2 1/2 - 3 hours and our weekends are newhere from 3 hour games to 6 hour "events"...quite honestly 21 is about an estimate, sometimes less, sometimes more...but like i said in order to put "42 weeks a year" i kind settled for an inbetween because the offseason is a little less timeconsuming.

If ur reasoning is okay, i guess i should cut down "piano" at 50 weeks a year..altho it seems like i never take a week off practicing...i dunno

I didn't think you were supposed to add practice hours...are you supposed to?

a year?? 12 month x 4 weeks = 48 weeks max

365 days in a year (366 in a leap year), 52 weeks. (Not every month has exactly 4 weeks)
