I looked all over. Myedu, RateMyProfessor, Google, Searched on this forum.. but I can NEVER find anything consistent about any of these professors on any of the websites. One website will say he's the best teacher ever, another will say he's terrible. Currently, I'm in Wiseman's class and Hickenbottom's is open. I can also get on the waitlist for the other teachers (Hammermesh and Sibley). My friend said that Hammermesh was super easy, but he's the type of kid who says "Man this test was so hard, I'm pretty sure I failed" then he gets a 98. So I can't really trust his judgement.

Who's the best teacher for ECO 304K in your opinion, who did you have, and how did it go? You guys are like my last option...

Do NOT take Hickenbottom he is supposed to be terrible at teaching and boring. Wiseman is who I had, he was really easy, great teacher, pretty funny, and he had the “wiseman award” which meant that if you turned in and took all of the quizzes and tests and got an A on the final then you got an A in the class regardless of what your other grades were. I have heard Hammermesh is amazing. He is a world class teacher and is definitely the most sought out of the teachers but Wiseman is a good second

^ I wanted hamermesh but general consensus seems to put Sibley as the easiest A.

Yea… I heard Hamermesh was great too, but people said that even though he’s funny, smart, and a good teacher… He has extremely hard test and his class is super harder than the others. Can anyone tell me if this is true? I mean being a good teacher is cool, but my main objective is still to get an A.
