Econ 100A or Econ 101A-- which one is easier?

I've noticed that Econ 100A requires Math 1A and Econ 101A requires Math 53. So I'm assuming that Econ 100A would be filled with more students and there would be more competition for a high grade and I also heard Econ 101A is a 'watered down' version (forgot where I heard this) of Econ 100A. Or is Econ 101A much harder in terms of material?

So I'm assuming Econ 101A would be easier if I wanted an A.

So which one is easier?

Take Business 101A, which is a sure-fire A+ with just ~3hrs/wk of studying if you’re good at math. ;)

Business 101A doesn’t get you anywhere though

^Why doesn’t it get you anywhere?

UGBA 101 (easy)
Econ 100 (medium)
Econ 101 (hard)

Pick your poision…

UGBA 101a is no longer accepted by the econ major
